The Torchy's Taco of the Month concept is unique in that it adds 12-16 additional featured menu offerings a year. Not many other restaurant brands do this. To conceive, design & produce a unique theme for each of the TOTM products on a monthly basis is a fun challenge. 
My favorite concepts that I've created for Taco of the Month campaigns are those that come out of left field, allow for humor and the space to build a narrative and backstory. Torchy's doesn't use traditional media much for advertising, so creating a fun, eye-catching theme goes a long way with guests both in stores and on social media.
